That, coupled with a hint of crime that we already discussed, it sounds like taxes may be low here.

Otherwise, the rent is always paid (no parent wants their kid and them dinged with eviction & non-pay) and if you screen well enough and try to concentrate on senior-level students & graduate students, you usually avoid the worst stuff (hint: freshman are the worst to rent to!).

Hint: Not only does the $ Value end with a zero, it begins with a zero.

This question is really for Josh, but I think would give some hints as to a possible BP summit 2013.

To me it is not enough that an investment be good, there also must be some hint that it can be much better.

No hints -- I want to see if anyone can guess it on their own.

So far, I have very nicely made suggestions to the agent and given subtle hints that I thought would work.

If it has the read-out temp display, you can use it as a thermometer (hint: move it to b/w hot - cold area,  if the display changes = you find your friend) 

If you want to be serious about generating leads and have the leads follow through with you, do not even give the slightest hint you are a wholesaler.We ONLY tell people we do .. do wholesaling when we can be in front of them in person to explain TRUE wholesaling.There are ways to tackle keeping the 2 on one website,  but I would say just don't do it!
