In my experience talking to couples at conferences, a lot of resistance comes from fear of the unknown.

Maybe it’s just that I miss how it was, and I’m resistant to change. 

It is true that as you gain success, you may encounter resistance from friends and family.

For example, if you chose a crooked tax person whose promises were too good to be true but too enticing to resist, one day every one of their clients can get a dreaded IRS letter.

As such a "to code" 2x6 stick framed wall could only have an effective thermal resistance of R12 to R14.

I'm actively growing a social media following as we speak (on YouTube, instagram, and titktok) which is something that I have resisted for my entire adult life.What I'm finding is that very few meaningful connections are made through social media.

I have to ask... not to be resistant, because I am not.

I am looking for a property that can enjoy appreciation (and hopefully down turn resistance as much as possible) in the long run — I plan to buy and hold for 5+ yrs; and I also hope to have easy tenants to work with — I have a busy day job.
