Marketing in a predominately, desirable "owner's" neighborhood w/ few rentals

I just listed a 4/3 2000 SFT. ranch SFH fully renovated, 3/4 acre in a suburb of Chicago, The rent ask was vetted by several local realtors. 25 days in, only 3 showings.

How can I reach out to higher end renters in the area to entice them to my property? Not wanting to default to lowering the price yet.

I just want the right eyes (MARKETING) on my property. How long before it's getting dicey and I should just drop the price significantly?
