And as a follow up thought to that, if i started marketing for my own deals, i may as well get a license (VA,DC,MD - i live right on the boarder of all of them) to have MLS access, and be able to list the properties after the rehab (saving another 10-15k in agent fees).Saving all that money sounds great and all but from a practical point, is that doing too much (marketing for deals, managing rehab, and playing selling agent) and taking away from the focus of just rehabbing and outsourcing everything else?
