I am not concerned about losing the tenant as I have no problems getting tenants for this building, but it would be nice to recover some of the costs if possible considering this was the fault of the tenant.This was just the icing on the cake of a very bad week for my investments....

Class C likes a lot of light in the kitchen.I would also disable the ice maker cold water thing on the freezer and tell them it's not included in the rental.
