On Halloween, I was involved in a car accident that should have taken my wife but I was lucky and it only has taken my vision.

Their situation is sad as the husband is recently paralyzed due to an accident (which is why short sale was allowed) and is under local treatment.

One of the large sites actually tried to sell a property we purchased at a foreclosure auction because the bank sent it to them in a tape by accident.

I discovered GC a few months ago by accident and what an AWESOME accident it was!  

They would probably pay the liability the first time but not a second time should an accident occur. 

If you're driving to work, you know there's risks, you could get into an accident, somebody could rear end you, get out the car and hold you at gun point, I mean should I really get into it?  

Very tough situation - I had a great tenant who very unfortunately got into a bad car accident and was in the hospital for months (and couldn't pay the rent).

I'm totally new to RE. 2 Months ago bought my house by complete accident and love it.

I starting getting calls from my first yellow letter send out.Set up my first meetings in a couple of days.Very nervous to say the least.The first phone call I got I answered by accident and fumbled my words like a little kid.I've been doing research on the first few properties I;m going to meet the homeowners at the problem is there is no recently sold homes in the area for me to get an idea of a median price.One is a small 2bd/1bath the other is a 3bed/2bath.I'm in Worcester MA and the values of home drastically change a ittle down the road.Whats a new guy to do?
