I took two cancellations for the end of March yesterday, stand to lose a third if the local triathlon gets cancelled (seems fairly likely given the trend at the moment)...It will pick back up, but definitely footing more of the mortgage this month.

At this point it'd be assumable that a legitimate and organized turnkey company with foot the bill for this 3rd inspection.

I have a 12K square foot property that I am considering parting with earlier than i planned but i doubt its something you'd be interested in quite yet. 

This is both on a gross price and price by square foot basis.

It has its own electric meter and box and there is no circuit breaker labeled well.This area does not have public water.The garage/effeciency has a propane furnace.The town has no records of wells or skeptics and they have informed me that as long as they don't see sewage they don't care, and further informed me I can use a holding tank or gray water system if I like.Several feet behind my garage/efficiency I see a 4 foot by four foot or so concrete pad with two pipes sticking up out of it.
