For all you eastern MA investors struggling with the low inventory of multi-families, don't give up!

Just be sure to get to know the market values really well by looking at a lot of listings.One area is between Granite Falls and south to nearly Monroe, along the eastern edge of the population, before you get into the mountain foothills.

Respectfully, a better name for this post seems to be "Real Estate Market in Eastern NC"A quick google search for top tourist attractions in NC, and you find that 6 of the top 10 are either in Western NC, or Charlotte area (including #1, the Biltmore Estate, which is Asheville and has some of the fastest appreciating real estate in the entire state).

The issues with buying a single family in this price range, after you rehab, you are now competing with every developer on the eastern seaboard that does knockdown rebuilds.

I am on the eastern side of long island and there are mainly multi family and single family homes.

I am 18 years old student from Estonia, Eastern Europe.

Most people will be more in the Eastern part of the state, but there are plenty out your way as well.
