I was having dinner with my friend and he says to me I want you to call this broker friend of his, he is going to work with you trying to get some deals etc.

I bet you a steak dinner that either he doesn't ever post here again or posts maybe a couple more posts before he leaves.

Thank you for the article @Greg R.I once entertained a group of annuity salesmen  bought them a big dinner and booze etc.. by 1.5 hours into it .. with loose tongues their tone and telling tails of how they hook older investors into these deals and the commissions they make.. 

Nice dinner followed by presentation on a topic then Q & A with an expert guest on the topic.

I was actually out eating dinner with the family when she called, I actually got up from the table to take the call and for those of you that know me, not anyone can make me do that but I really wanted this person on my team and I was able to make it happen tonight.

My real estate team had a listing in Westbrook for a duplex, had over 100 people come through the open house, and sold it before dinner time that same night for WAY!!!!

When you find someone, take them out for dinner or coffee and ask them to tell you their story.

Jesse on something that small you might want to contact a local commercial leasing company in the area that focuses on retail.Got to a lunch or a dinner and look over their report to discuss expected rents, who the target businesses would be, how much TI versus free rent is needed, etc.Why would they do this?
