I wanted to take this moment and introduce the newest member of Team Motiv8td. As most of you if you've read my posts and or blogs that I have a unique love/hate relationships with Realtors, I just really love to hate them :mrgreen:

In all honesty I also know the importance of having really great Agents on your team. I was lucky enough tonight to lock up someone that I've wanted to get on my team for a few weeks now. We've been playing phone tag but finally caught one another tonight. I was actually out eating dinner with the family when she called, I actually got up from the table to take the call and for those of you that know me, not anyone can make me do that but I really wanted this person on my team and I was able to make it happen tonight.

I would like to introduce and ask that you congratulate her on accepting the invitation to the one and only

Carla is smart, funny and most importantly knows a good thing when she sees it. Carla will be benefiting from sending me her short sales and allowing me to make offers, negotiate and flip those properties while she's making easy money commission and helping homeowners out at the same time. What Carla has been able to do is finally free up a lot of her time by allowing me to step in and have the other members of my team handle the tedious tasks so that she can focus on getting more deals in the pipeline.

Carla will benefit greatly from joining Team Motiv8td financially and she will be able to do so in less time and less hassle. For those reasons alone she should be commended.

So, once again, connect with her, congratulate her and look out for her own success stories, she's already bringing me 3 short sale deals to work so it won't be long before she realizes the financial gains.
