@Joe Villeneuve and @George P. and @Christian Hutchinson would be able to chime in on this one much better as they would have much much more experience with banks.Though I see the reasoning for portfolio loan against the LLC, you would still need to post up a personal guarantee on the loan ( i believe) so not really sure what the benefit is...
