BRRRR lender - looking for a bank in Illinois
I just bought a foreclosed property and I am looking to refi it after the remodel is done. The value will be higher. Most of the banks make you wait for a full year to use the new appraised value. Does anyone know a lender that will not make me wait for a year? By the way, I am looking for a bank that will offer me low rates. Thank you in advance.
