Contrary to what is stipulated here, I do - from own experience - consider taxation on German property to be investor-friendly. 

If you want to work out some type of payment plan with the tenant you can have them sign a stipulation agreement where they make payments by such and such date and if they default they agree to an automatic default in the pending eviction case.

Obviously there are no sub-letting or vacation rental restrictions or stipulations on these properties. 

There are different types with different stipulations.

They would be separate from each other and have their own stipulations in each agreement.

The only stipulation was you had to renovate them within a specified amount of time.

Do HMLs allow early payoff and is the interest calculated to the payoff date or an amount stipulated up front (regardless if paid off early)?

If so, are there any stipulations that come with being in the situation that I described above?

I knew the general stipulations but it is super helpful to get more color.
