That said, I think I can help orient you in the right direction.The rules vary from municipality to municipality, but typically if your renovation exceeds a certain percentage of the property's value or square footage, it is no longer considered a "nonconforming use," and becomes illegal.

If it's overpriced or needs updating or style choice the buyers do not like you are just spinning your wheels.What you need is FEEDBACK on why it is not selling.

This is not actually a bad thing as it gives me more time to raise funds for the project.I am very much looking forward to this deal, not just because of the TV possibilities,but because I get to do the modern contemporary style which has been lacking from my portfolio over the last year and a half.
