Hello all.  My name is Toni.  I just moved back to Newnan, Ga after a couple of years in Northern Japan.  I've recently separated from the military (AF) after 12 years and I'm looking to get into flipping houses.  I made this decision because the thought of going back to the rigid world of a 9-5 just doesn't appeal to me.  I started doing some research and about a month and a half ago I came across a really good article that led me to BP, and boy and I'm happy that I found this website.  I'm currently reading "The Book on Flipping Houses"  and just trying suck up as much knowledge as I can on the subject.  There's also a wealth of knowledge in these forums that I've been lurking through.  I have a little over 30K saved up to invest, however, I'm terrified.  I will say that reading through this forum has made me feel a bit better.  It's nice to see that I'm not the only one with beginners jitters.  I definitely look forward to meeting some new people through this site and making some connections.
