@Adrian Salazar apart from list agencies and county you have driving for dollars.researching apartments .com and you can also try and get referrals from local 1031 facilitators, title companies, CPAs and Lawyers and property managers.

The title company being used by your buyer may be better able to facilitate this than you (like a car insurance claim, sometimes it's best to just let the insurance companies duke it out).Alternatively, and this is last ditch, if you use the same title company for this transaction as the last, they may be willing to issue title insurance where others will not.

The value the wholesaler brought in facilitating the deal is grossly over priced at that market value, it appears to be predatory dealing, not a home run.Sorry to break it to you all like this, but you might start by learning real estate before treating real estate like some commodity.
