Any clarity on this is appreciated!

Is it someone to tell you what to do, to help guide your thinking process, to bounce your ideas off of, as accountability to doing the work, to help increase your clarity and thus focused action, to help provide framework for investing, or to help provide framework for how to reduce bottlenecks, etc.  

Point taken, but for clarity.

There's some helpful pieces in there to provide more clarity for me.To be clear, I'm not trying to make a loss on my STR properties, it would be really difficult to do so as they're both busy and cashflow very well. 

Your response and the linked article were the clarity I needed. 

Whereas most of the competition would have a single page contract with no exhibits/attachments at all.We would agree that clarity is the key to success in all things.

Clarity of desire and vision will let you choose the one you most align with.
