I just finished a rehab on a home and putting a tenant in soon.

One of my friend told me that if the closing date is like in March or after, I need to pay the property taxes on Land ONLY for that first year as the builder did not finish the construction and valuation is done only for land at the beginning of the year.

When those are compiled, I also look at the quality of the finishes/interior to match with my target completed improvements.

I work with some projects on container homes with a container manufacturing company in Vietnam and the price is around 10k-15k for finished one (include plumbing, electric, flooring etc.).
