Looking for realtor in AL who sells turnkey sfm

Hi I have a rental home in Center Point and Montgomery. I want to see if any agents in that market can help me sell 2 properties. I bought them turnkey from a provider and I haven't had the greatest luck since then! I just finished a rehab on a home and putting a tenant in soon. So I'm looking for someone that can help sell them with tenant in them? I'm not looking to discount it heavily but open to fair market price. Thx
