If its in a good median price area or under, and i cant buy it low enough to flip it, then there is a pretty good chance I can pay more for it, and sell it to a buy and hold investor.Our philosophy is target our marketing as best as we can but turn every lead into cash somehow.Thanks again for the kind words, BP is a great resource that helped make it happen for us.

I believe for personal finance no debt is the best way to go, but for business related finances the Rich Dad mentality and there is good debt and bad debt philosophy is the way to go.
