The only concern is with young people real young and if you encapsulate it meaning have no peeling paint no chips but you covered up with a latex paint you should be fine.

In the back of the house the paint is peeling a bit and a few boards need replacing.The house could be worth anywhere from $200k-300k and it's listed for $120.

Some of these are violations that have been present before but were masked (which is the reason we are not renewing the lease) however after issuing the notice the violations are done openly.
