I've been involved for many years in home design and self-taught architecture, hands-on remodeling, though I've had to start at Square-1 in (re-)learning landscaping for the high desert.  

Gentrification of architecturally unique and desirable homes in S Dallas will happen very shortly and has already started.

If anyone needs a roof fixed or a new roof altogether, I can get really good deals..my guy does high volume so they can afford to give 130 mph architecture shingles at the same cost of 3 tab 60 mph shingles.

Personally I am an architectural designer, artistic in nature and I have an extensive background in construction so at times I do like a project that needs allot of work but not always.

I thinking of things such as-Sustainable building practices-Regenerative Architecture-Roof top Agriculture-Dare I say "how to reduce tenants rents"-Changing Housing Policies and laws-Providing more low income properties-Keeping costs down while providing quality unit/product Im hoping to hear some examples of "good will" you've witnessed within the REI industry

I let you fill in the numbers as you see fit, but I'm trained as an Architect...and I would spend (and have spent) more money on my REI education than I have on my Architectural education...and in both cases the money was well spent.

I come from an Architecture background so I need to learn some of the other areas such as marketing, finance and working the system.
