I've lived in Santa Fe since 2006, after 35 years in Portland OR (where the people are progressive but the skies are often gray).  I've been involved for many years in home design and self-taught architecture, hands-on remodeling, though I've had to start at Square-1 in (re-)learning landscaping for the high desert.  

Now it is time to turn my interests & self-taught skills into some profitable investments. But besides a good ROI, I am also highly motivated by taking a sad house and turn it into a beautiful place for people to live....perhaps the first truly beautiful home they've ever had.

I look forward to connecting with 'kindred spirits' in Santa Fe-- to see what we can all learn together in this fast-changing world.
