Here there needs to be formal correspondence (letter via USPS) telling the tenants of the change and where the security deposits now reside. 

Spend 4 to six hours a night doing nothing but education, reading articles on trends, looking for deals, corresponding with other business acquaintances.

The boiler may be new, but if your hydronic system has a leak in it, it will be making-up water and this  extra consumption would correspond with the heating season.Additionally, are the DHW lines insulated?

The cost of replacing the roof is going to correspond to the size of the house.  

You would then need corresponding holes in the bottom of the container for those stubs to go into as the container is lowered into place. 

So you want to have a very strong explanation and demonstration of your intent - from actual hold periods, to demonstrated practice, to correspondance with your accountant and other professionals, etc etc.  

But there could always be specific circumstances where a shorter (or longer) holding period would be justified.Some things that demonstrate intent are - actual holding period, past history, present business practice, unsolicited offer, extenuating circumstances, correspondence with your professionals.
