will the liability be too great to have public schools back in session?  

There are so few people who will own up to owing the losers.I was at seminar about 5 years ago and sat in on cyber currency session.  

There is a FREE landlording meeting this Thursday, May 26th, at Tommy's Pizza on Dublin-Granville (between Sawmill and Riverside) that features education (a Q&A session geared to newbies for general real estate investing and landlording as well as a featured speaker) and networking and has a good mix of newbies and experienced investors.

The speakers will try to incorporate this in their sessions (if possible).

The thing I like about having access to the audio is that I have been able to re-listen to my favorite sessions several times.

Also, have to make sure student housing costs during the semester are sufficient to cover the slower season of the summer session.

If you're down we can go boulder or get some top-roping sessions in!
