We have been burned a couple of times now, I used checkthem.com to screen before and it didn't show multiple evicitions on either party, after the aforementioned tenant's recent eviction, I am screening once again.

This could be interpreted as practicing law which all agents need to avoidHowever, in my opinion it does not effect the lease at all as once the lease expires a 30 day notice by either party would terminate the lease@Jerel Ehlert While I understand that the 30 day notice is necessary after a foreclosure, I believe that does not apply to the owner if they are still in the property.

The question I have is if all parties involved agreed that we sign a written contract voiding the existing contract ending on 10/30/2018 and then have the existing tenant that wants to stay and the new tenant sign a new contract, why wouldn't that work?
