They haven't responded to any of my emails requesting for it to be taken down.  

They did require a larger down payment because of my lack of experience but I was expecting that and I'll be able to refinance it all out anyway so its only a temporary outlay of money.

The last time they sent an email out and asked for a firm price.  

It was listed on Thursday, I saw it Friday and emailed a few HMLs to ask for proof of funds letters to go in my offer, and I need to submit my offer tonight and I haven't gotten any letters back.I've already been pre-approved.

Hi all.Anyone doing Temporary Short Term Rentals via Airbnb in New Orleans? 

Up here in NYC, I just put it on Craigslist and within hours have dozens of people emailing me (which is great!).

So he sends me an email back this morning with the advice his attorney gave him and now I am completely stumped.. meaning I don't even know what to say back or how to reply to what he says here is the exact email he sent me this morning after speaking to his attorney, " Hello,I spoke with my attorney yesterday, and what you have presented would be a good idea if I was in financial trouble, or had a property I was unable to sell.

I could set up email alerts to do this as well, but personally I like to manually look so I know exactly what is going on in the area.
