I saw few properties there but I was stunned, how many multifamily properties are in this small university  town on sale.  

We'd like something that would appeal to all generations if possible, walkable to dining and shopping. 

If it has 2 living rooms and a dining room maybe you make one of those an extra bedroom?

Maybe on that water feature, with an outside dining option.Farm fresh foods, with good wine and mixed drinks.It might be too small for that though.Just my 2 cents.

There will be one for each living room and bed room and I suppose if you had dining room/other rooms they would need one too.
