Tallahassee Market information

What are your thoughts about multifamily rental properties in Tallahassee. I see tons of properties on market. I visited the city and noticed  there were hundreds of rental properties. I felt very saturated MARKET. I am not sure if all the students will return to university campus for classes. I think a good number of students will stick to online classes. This means many jobs related to students will be lost and less renters. If you know the market please share your thoughts.

Thanks

NE Tallahassee is where a lot of the appreciation is. It's gone up a lot there. Affluent, good school zones... But there's been quite a bit overall. SW Tally has lagged.
