I had 5 out of 6 AC units stolen from 6 new construction duplexes I was buying.

While working on the water heater, I noticed a letter from the section 8 housing authority showing that she owed the previous landlord over $11,000 and had stolen the fridge from the property.

,Im seriously considering selling but I do see a lot of improvement the last 2 years and afraid I'm going to be kicking myself if I get out now.The tenants are from hell and I've had the houses broken Into several times with furnace, sink, etc stolen.

My boss used to make fun of me, then our HR mgr got hacked (employee personal info stolen) and our VP approved a PO for $16k to a scammer...So on to the AirBnB scam.

I would say , the house was empty , someone must have broken in and stolen your stuff . 

So we informed our local detective friend who was more than pleased to meet the BF & give him access to all the stolen items.

Hi, I have purchased 6 houses prior to going in to Escrow on a 2.5 acre with a house residential property in Winchester, CA on the border of Temecula, CA (new wine country in Socalif).My Earnest money was stolen and I am trying to find an investor or an organization that I can get a short term loan until the bank finishes their investigation etc. and SAVE THE DEAL/PROPERTY. 

Don't the discs get scratched/stolen?
