You have to completely soak the area so the product penetrates into all areas where the urine has penetrated, and then let it air dry.I bought my first bottle when my male cat decided the fireplace was reasonably similar to his litter box, and could be used when he was too lazy to go to the other room.

I have been through several up and down markets and have never wavered.... but I am the guy that will still be trying to flip a house when I am in a nursing home while the other will be playing dominoes and soaking their denturesI assume you question is more along the lines of would I start today in a market totally new in a different state ?

There is so much valuable information on the basics out there for free it is a shame for someone to not soak it up.The flip side to the previous point, don't spend all of your time reading and listening for too long.
