Is this an issue I should walk away from??

Hello everyone. My first post on here after being a long time follower to soak up as much information as I could from the experience on this forum. This forum is a primary factor that led to me finally taking the plunge - which leads me to my first problem that I am asking assistance / advice on…

Our first investment is sort of a house hack where we will rent out our current home so I can use my VA to move into the next one with plans of repeating this in 12-24 months. We are under contract and completed the inspection today. In two separate bathrooms there's a crack in all of the tiles in one row clear across the room. No cracks anywhere else. The odd part is that in one bathroom the crack runs east to west and in the other north to south. This is on the second floor so the subfloor is wood. At first I chalked it up to a cosmetic issue that I could handle personally, and relatively easily. Now I'm wondering if it's not a sign of something more serious.

Anyone have any knowledge on the subject?? It would be greatly appreciated. Also if my first post isn’t in accordance with guidelines I apologize and will rectify asap.
