If she inherited the funds there was a loss of benefits and care...I don't know what the solution was, but last we talked he did say they had figured out how to legally segregate her funds in a way that allowed for long term care and also preserved her benefits.

Hi @Jason Na, I’m not sure what type of loan options you’ll be using to purchase but I have seen 15% down payment options for conventional loans done in the past to help preserve some capital depending on your overall financial situation.
