We are seeing tech job growth and many investors from California like that it's a short drive or flight away. 

Took a red eye flight from LA, landed early Thursday morning (10/11/18), and had our first meeting just a couple of hours after getting to our pad, and the day didn't finish until almost 9 PM.

Best tip I can give you is book a flight and spend a weekend and drive through the metro area from east to west, you'll see a cross section.

It's a cheap, one hour flight, investor friendly state and low crime, low vacancy, aggressive appreciation and rent growth.
