Midwest investing- where is cash flowing!?
Hello! My husband and I have been reading and researching for a while now. Running numbers in our area, we keep ending up with negative cash flow projections (even offering 20% below asking price). This seems to be the norm in our area based on discussions with current investors. What are some areas in the Midwest with positive cash flows? I keep seeing Ohio, anywhere else?

A large swath of midwest cities have properties under 100k. Cleveland, Milwaukee, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Toledo, Columbus, Cleveland, and so on. Keep an eye out for property taxes though. Some of these places have high enough taxes that'll kill your cash flow.
