If my contract is unenforceable, voidable then it is impossible to hold an equitable interest in such a contract, what rights I actually have are up in thin air, nothing, and there is no value in such a contract.Now, I advertised my contract, I arranged for a young man with interest to drive by where your daughter works to see her working as a bar tender and he seems very interested in obtaining my contract, or so I thought.........Turns out the young man answering my ad is a cop and I get arrested for pimping your daughter, hope they don't nail both of us for human trafficking!

Quite a few bars and restaurants, new housing on Amity and 8th and more to come on 7th to compete with the apartments just over the river.

It is also less than a mile from the downtown area featuring bars and restaurants.

@Scott Trench  I hope you're right....and you're right about the Home Depot not hanging out at bars (they can't afford to) - I myself have had a high in wages of $120k....then a drop to $85k over the past 5 years.

For example: Only drive to earn enough for your next marketing campaign.I wouldn't make a regular habit of driving.I also would never drive for the party/bar scene.
