Newbie in Atlanta

Hello all. My name is Bryan Vincent. I am currently a mechanical engineering student and I am very interested in getting into real estate. I would like to get into Wholesaling/Reverse Wholesaling in order to fund and invest in rental properties. Currently I'm in the learning stage trying to take it all in. I'm also looking for a good local mentor to build a relationship with and have him/her show me the ropes as I help them be more successful in any way that I can.
