You may be a hair's breadth away from the dreaded "professional tenant".  

Most of the houses in my neighborhood are out of my price range, but one just came available at the top of my price range (actually probably a hair above, but hey).

With all three units in the house rented and the commercial property rented out as a hair salon, our numbers were really good.Fast forward two months and we have closed on the property.

3 year lease in store (small hair salon). 

I think that these scumbag squatters should be dragged out of the house by their hair; flogged; and then thrown in jail!

This is especially true if it is going in an escrow account or some such.We are really splitting hairs at this point.

You obviously see the advantages now, and from all people, your hair stylist. 

I know it sounds like I'm splitting hairs but some banks write HELOCs in their residential department....which won't write Investment Properties.
