Church Hill is one of the top up and coming neighborhoods but the deals are in the rough sections, which may get gentrified but it's a long wait and sort of a gamble in my opinion.I'm looking for a SFR now to live in and rehab, preferably in any decent area.

I was thinking of going to churches, I posted an add on Craigslist and didn’t get a single hit.

There is a major retail gas station, dollar store on the other corners along with a church.

I am a church going Christain, so I am able to participate in Christian Health Care Ministries.

The biggest thing (though I won't say the best thing) in Redding is Bethel Church is expanding their school of ministry and doing a 96 million dollar expansion.
