Those DG's tend to be 2 million or so in price and sometimes 3 million.If you have limited funds I will say what I told a doctor recently who had 300k to put down and not 1031 but made great money.

Hi Jim, Just some of my random thoughts.What you would do and what I would do are probably not for similar reasons, although the results might be the same.Multi-family is my passion, (not real estate), it's the structures I like, and housing people, and the interior refurbishments, and I am congruent with this 100%.Real state is a bigger definition, does it excite you to own a big warehouse with semi-truck docks and big yellow painted parking bollards, or to NNN lease to a Grocery store, or to own the building that several doctors and dentists practice in?
