If its a younger applicant they may have no active accounts and only a negative thing on their credit like an unpaid doctor bill.

Those DG's tend to be 2 million or so in price and sometimes 3 million.If you have limited funds I will say what I told a doctor recently who had 300k to put down and not 1031 but made great money.

Danville can be a tough market to purchase in, as we have a 3 year cycle of doctors coming in at Geisinger.

A doctor who owns a 24 unit apartment complex valued at $1.5 million.

For ESA (pets with papers), I believe you can require documentation from a local doctor vs an online source. 

Hi Jim, Just some of my random thoughts.What you would do and what I would do are probably not for similar reasons, although the results might be the same.Multi-family is my passion, (not real estate), it's the structures I like, and housing people, and the interior refurbishments, and I am congruent with this 100%.Real state is a bigger definition, does it excite you to own a big warehouse with semi-truck docks and big yellow painted parking bollards, or to NNN lease to a Grocery store, or to own the building that several doctors and dentists practice in?

If you find one let me know, iv heard a lot of these guys that invest money with other trusted investors tend to be doctors as well.

I've had issues with properties that look great on paper but fall far short of expectations when viewing in person or finding massive undisclosed issues during the home inspection: doctored pictures, vague wording, or lack of any accurate/useful information about the property.  

It had two Doctors with different skills and personalities.Doctor A is really skilled.
