The allure is really the bars so the comment about parties is accurate - but there are already so many properties that cater to bachelor/ette groups... paired with the fact that big events like Barrett Jackson and the Phoenix Open are going to look a lot different in 2021, I just don't know.

With eviction moratoriums dragging out what is already a long eviction process in many states, paired with a long foreclosure timeline, the supply shock from foreclosures probably won't appear for at least a year or two.Best case scenario is unemployment tapers off and tenants that were behind, catch-up on their rents.

Hint: (more professional style of dressing).Something as simple as a solid color golf shirt with your company logo and a pair of well pressed tan pants might go along way--because first impressions count.Nothing wrong with what you have on in the picture, (for a backyard BBQ or etc...), but it is possible if you're trying to do money business, a little more professionalism might help.Then again maybe not, because you still have to find and get to know people you can partner with.Good Luck!

Once you know how to sell yourself paired with whatever profession you decide to get into, you’ll be a deadly treat with so many tools in your belt that you won’t have competition but you’ll dominate your space.
