Rant Insuing about RT :I'm a Real estate agent that handles REO properties, I HATE IT when people that subscribe to realty trac call me!

I get a lot of phone calls from  BP subscribers looking for a way out of an investment they have purchased without 1st BUILDING the correct team.

My intent in earning my license was to gain the ability to subscribe to TMLS for data and to preview listed homes (without relying on a broker) so that I could ensure the deals I'm building pass the giggle test with investors.The vast majority of shops I've contacted - both large and boutique firms - aren't interested in taking on a provisional broker who's current interests are what I've described above and not necessarily building a retail sales pipeline. 

Which, is something - albeit in a very indirect and inconsistent manner - investors subscribe to when working with a wholesaler. 

I subscribe to a service locally that put together all the probate cases for several counties in the DFW area.
