I keep waffling on a strategy while I'm working on putting my finances in order, but have been trying to soak up as much info as I can.

I quickly plugged the hole and also scattered cotton wool balls which had been soaked in peppermint Oil around the area too , as mice detest the smell.Anyway, we tried various traps and baits, the humane ones and the type that look like a big block of cheese, nothing worked and the mouse sightings were becoming more frequent.

I am still learning the industry, but I am ready to soak in everything BiggerPockets has to offer!

My main focus right now is to be a sponge - soak up and learn as much as I can about REI.

The property has lots of outdoor space, a soaking pond, sauna, lots of fruit trees and plants.
