Newark-2 family

Hello BP, I am getting a 2 family home in Newark NJ and wanted to know what are the best insurance companies and what policy should I get?  Any feedback would be helpful, thanks in advance!!

I grew up in NJ , a lot of family still lives there. I am very familiar with the area, attended Rutgers -Newark.  My sister is getting into investing as well, she had a deal going on 2-fam, inspection came back (wasn't good at all) backed away from deal.  She's back on the hunt looking for a multifamily in that area, so i am helping her out. Thanks for agent recommendation!! Looking in North Newark primarily and some parts of Weeqhauic section, any help would be great appreciated.  Thanks All Again!!
