Our family owned company does that, but obviously we can't run our own plants and mills due to volume, just like a rehabber can't run their own plumbing manufacturing plant or their mining of copper then turning it to a copper pipe.

You need to have financing lined up before you put a property under contract.You should also work with a local reputable hard money lender, so you know the terms and whether they will lend on the property up front.
