@Will Dennisno offense intended, but I think that while this is certainly possible, it is very unlikely, for exactly the reasons @Scott E. laid out.you probably won't be able to get private money for your very first deal unless it's friends or family... and honestly, why would you want private money for it anyway?

That would be helpful to know and give us a clue as to why it was pulled.If someone leaves feedback that is grossly offensive (i.e. using profanity), threatening, or factually untrue I can appreciate eliminating false information.

You should have a schedule for fines, typically track them only for 12 months, during which you might have an initial "warning", a second offense fine of $25, third of $75.

Anyways, here we go....There's obviously places that are in the middle of nowhere and no tourism flow to speak of (North Dakota comes to mind, no offense to any highly successful vacation rental investor there *crickets*) so those are not great places to start a vacation rental if there is not something nearby for people to go visit.
