(Fridge and stove)  Not many 2/1s available now, but from what I see, same..fridge and stove.I was thinking about buying a washer/dryer from craigslist, which I think would be a huge plus.

I just rehabbed a house and spent about $1,300 for a whole set: fridge, gas stove/range, dishwasher and garbage disposal.

Having to move the fridge to access or having to reach over a counter, is a clear violation of the code.
