They can take, edit, resize, annotate, add smilies and post a picture on a tiny phone with ease but can't change a light bulb or swap out a battery at the back of a wall clock, let alone keeping an eye on a buried pipe or a leaky water heater relief valve. 

We've had a few of our commercial tenants (Office) initiate requests for rent relief for April.

From what I've seen so far all authorities that have been asked to assert the concept on the behalf of tenants as a class have asserted that there is no authority for them to require such relief.

I have a question we are in the process of a tenant being evicted and is with a girl that he bought in and now is a problem,  she's trying to collect from COVID-19 relief program and is sending messages that we are messing with their livelihood?

What complicates this is that I will be working in downtown Dallas, which makes anything nearby rather pricey.I’ve found a real estate agent that is well versed in real estate investing (which is a relief) and I’m now in the early stages of looking for a property.She’s sent me a list of properties within my price range ($150k at max) but they are all houses.

Also, the legislature is considering a new law that will allow tenants to get additional rent relief if they agree to pay off the balance to the state government over ten years. 

It is entirely an emotional stress relief.

Hardship relief should be proven through due process, not given automatically.

The Service Member's Civil Relief Act language only refers to terminating the lease.
