Everett is about to open up the airport for commercial flights out of Paine Field in September of 2018.Regardless if you decide to invest on the north side, or south side of seattle, you will want to meet some investors in the area.

The lady who hired me told me I was not going to stay in Miami much longer than another year, and she's right, but she said it's no problem to transfer to another location, and there are several in Florida I work with an airline, so I am in and out of the airport constantly.

My friend just bought a place just south of the airport.

We've got beautiful hiking throughout the state, access to beaches all along the eastern coast, Boston and NYC are in easy striking distance, a great airport with no traffic (Bradley), mostly wonderful schools, relatively low priced housing in much of the state, decent climate, a mostly liberal and tolerant social climate, and still plenty of corporate employers. 

We have a huge Amazon facility that is being built at the airport, which should bring some pretty tremendous growth to the area.

I am currently in Delaware County PA (Near PHL Airport) and find some great returns. 

Since it's on toward the airport, it could make a decent Airbnb if you're inclined to put the systems in place for that.
