You have a responsibility to protect the privacy of your renters. 

I put a 6 feet chain link fence and privacy black sheet as well in the back fence.

It was a violation of their privacy, and I was so embarrassed.

Thanks Scott,NV claims to be the most accommodating state in which to form a small business LLC, DL for larger  corporations.A Certificate of Authorization is then required to operate in various states.Those 2 states also supposedly protect the owners privacy where other states reveal such personal material ie: name & address.Any experience an asset protection / recovery attorney can share with the forum would be interesting.

To add to Christine's post about privacy, Nevada is known for having *really* good privacy laws for LLC members.

Land trusts are touted as providing top-notch privacy.

Think:  hermits, privacy fanatics, libertarians (small l).....the list goes on.

There have been many lawsuits centered around right to privacy and calls for a statewide ban, but for now the requirements are there.

A problem I see with that is privacy issues.
